Founded in 2010 as a startup incubator, re-founded in 2020 as an academy for changemakers, and now evolved into a human potential institute supported by AI—we've spent 15 years learning what actually works to provoke transformation.
Our approach is ontological, not informational. We don't teach people what to do. We help them see what they've been blind to—and move.

A Word From Our CEO
“I started my career at Microsoft as an engineer. I co-founded several startups, raised millions, had exits, and built a startup accelerator that eventually became Conceivian.
But the real story started after I hit the wall—divorce, health collapse, financial collapse. I had followed every playbook I knew and still failed. Something invisible was missing.
That led me to Fernando Flores and a body of work that changed everything: the understanding that human beings are animals that live in language, that our worlds are made in language, and that breakdowns happen when we're missing skills—skills for navigating moods, having real conversations, repairing trust, and declaring new futures into existence.
I've now spent over 11,000 hours in coaching conversations. If you've ever worked with me, you know what happens when someone finally sees what's been blocking them. Everything shifts.
But one person at a time isn't enough. That's why we built Conceivian—and now COROS AI—to make this work available at scale.
