Unlocking Human Potential at Work: A New Approach for Flourishing in the Dynamic Era
The New Dynamic Era of change is upon us, bringing with it anomalies and emergences, such as remote work and AI, that are disrupting our lives. Flourishing in this era requires us to relearn how we navigate work, business, and career, observe waste and stuckness, and innovate. 
There is a massive opportunity to prepare human beings with new skills and sensibilities for navigating this change. This opportunity is urgent, as many of our old skills are quickly becoming obsolete. People and organizations are getting caught up in change and are unable to navigate situations dynamically, which wastes potential and leads to a lack of joy and meaning, as well as a resignation about the future.
At a personal level, many people are reporting burnout, fogginess, and frustration in their careers. Millions are underskilled and underpaid and trapped in the old specialist model of transactional relationships, lacking the skills to build mutual trust and mobilize action. At an enterprise level, the problem manifests as massive employee disengagement, retention issues, and a toxic culture that kills ambitions and wastes investments. In a survey over 60% told Gallup they would trust a stranger over their boss. 
Worst yet, attempts to fix this mess using management approaches from the industrial era are failing miserably to deliver satisfying results. There is now a widespread resignation that nothing much can be done about all this. The problem is that we have been working with machines for so long that we have forgotten how to work with each other. Many leaders and their teams lack the skills for dealing with breakdowns and innovating together in conversations. People today too easily get stuck with their bad moods and unexamined biases and lack the capacity to collaborate and make sense together. We often lose sight of what really matters in difficult situations, and this costs us everything. 
However, all is not lost. These breakdowns open up enormous opportunities in the domain of education for work, business, and career. More and more people today are hungry for clarity and meaning in their work. Visionary enterprises and CEOs are becoming open to radically different approaches for founding, growing, and managing their businesses. Younger generations are looking to confront waste and redesign our institutions, practices, and worlds.
They understand that to survive and thrive, something fundamental must shift in how we assess what to do in our careers, how to innovate, create alliances, and mobilize action. These are the skills that will distinguish winners from losers in the coming age.
Towards this, we have scoured the works of noted thinkers in management and communications and the emerging disciplines of evolutionary biology, linguistic ontology, and artificial intelligence. Working from this background and experiments and insights, we have invented potent and radically effective technology for expanding the capacity of human beings at work across all disciplines, functions, and levels.
Our core differentiator is our ontological approach. We don’t manipulate people’s psychology or overload them with information but help cultivate a new way of being with each other that opens up new possibilities and unleashes potential. 
To scale our work, we run matrix-like immersive reality programs, which are run by master coaches and assisted by conversational AI. These programs help people and enterprises manage their moods, improve relationships, and enhance workability with others. The role of AI in our world is not to replace human relationships but to help improve them. In an independently conducted study by Novi Research, over 90% of our participants reported experiencing clarity, growth, joy, breakthroughs in performance, and shifts in relationships at work and at home. These successes have convinced us that we are on the right track.
We see that the future of the human race depends on our ability to listen, to care, and to mobilize action towards what matters. Our mission is to build portals for communities to powerfully transition from the old world of stuckness to the new world of freedom and to prepare our leaders. 
The majority of our lives are spent working, so it is important that we work in ways that nourish and expand us instead of diminishing us. We refuse to succumb to the status quo that pundits call ‘the great wave of resignation’ and commit ourselves to serving people and organizations that want to go beyond their present circumstances, navigate change powerfully, and expand their potential. And we have the technology to make it happen. 
To this end, we offer Conceivian as a platform for provoking human potential at work and turning the planet and all its inhabitants toward joy and fulfillment.
