Privacy Policy
We protect the people we work with, and we hold what we learn about them in confidence.
Effective April 15, 2020 · Last updated June 8, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, programs, courses, portals, and communities (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Rasool Ventures, LLC, DBA Conceivian (“Conceivian,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Conceivian is a research institute dedicated to the study and development of human potential. Our research surfaces as new frameworks, methods, algorithms, and artificial intelligence. Everything in this policy flows from a single commitment: we protect the people we work with, and we hold what we learn about them in confidence.
Our core promise
- Confidential by default. We treat everything we learn about you, your circumstances, your work, your life, as private and confidential. We do not discuss it with anyone outside Conceivian, ever, unless we are required to by law.
- Never sold. We do not sell your personal information. We never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any agency for advertising, sales, or for identifying you.
- Shared only with COROS AI, and only de-identified. The one party with whom we share research data is our sister company, COROS AI, and only after it has been de-identified and pseudonymized as described below.
What we collect
- Account and contact information you give us (name, email, billing details).
- Session recordings, transcripts, and chats from the programs you participate in.
- Communications with us.
- Basic website usage data (such as pages visited and device type) to operate and improve the site.
How we use what we collect
- To deliver the Services you have signed up for, including giving you access to the recordings of sessions in which you participated.
- To conduct our research. As a research institute, we study the patterns in human conversation, mood, and coordination to develop new frameworks, methods, algorithms, and AI. For this purpose we use de-identified and pseudonymized transcripts and chats, never material that identifies you.
- To improve and secure the Services.
De-identification and pseudonymization
Before any recording, transcript, or chat is used in our research or shared with COROS AI, we de-identify it (we remove names and details that could identify you or others) and pseudonymize it (we replace identifiers with non-identifying labels). The goal is that the research material reflects the structure of human conversation without exposing who took part in it.
Recordings: private by default
Sessions are typically recorded, and we provide those recordings to the participants. Recordings are private by default. We take reasonable measures to protect the privacy of every party in a recorded conversation. We do not make a conversation public without the permission of the people in it.
We use recordings in two further ways, both internal to our work: to train our own coaches and staff in the skills of intervention and ontological coaching, and, within a program, to make some group recordings available to fellow participants through learning platforms such as Skool, where access is limited to people enrolled in that specific program.
Who we share with
- COROS AI, our sister company, receives only de-identified, pseudonymized research data.
- Service providers who help us run the Services (for example, payment processors and hosting), bound to protect the data.
- When required by law, such as a valid legal order. This is the only circumstance in which we would disclose your confidential information outside Conceivian.
We do not share your information with advertisers, marketers, data brokers, or sales agencies.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your confidentiality is central to how we operate.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. Note that material already de-identified for research cannot be traced back to you to remove, because it no longer identifies you, which is the point of de-identifying it.
Children
The Services are intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
