What Ontological Reconstruction Means

Ontological reconstruction begins from a simple observation: human beings live in language. The worlds we inhabit, our possibilities, our moods, our sense of self, are shaped by the interpretations we live inside. By examining and redesigning those interpretations, we change the space from which action arises.

This is not about improving habits or adding tools. It is about shifting the background from which all choices and actions occur.

You will learn to:

  • See differently: Identify what concerns and moods shape your judgments and decisions—and learn to shift them.

  • Speak differently: Make requests, offers, and declarations that generate coordination and trust.

  • Move differently: Act from a renewed ground of responsibility, commitment, and care.

25 Deep Dives Over 12 Months

Each session goes deep—3 hours max, but generally 60 to 90 minutes. We meet in person at my office in Seattle or by Zoom.

You schedule when you need. Some months you'll want weekly sessions. Others, space to integrate. The rhythm adapts to what your life demands.

This is a direct, personal relationship with me. No intermediaries. No junior coaches.

You have access to me by text, phone, email, video, or in-person meetings. Call before important conversations. Call when something breaks down. If you are in Seattle, come for half-day sessions. The relationship is built around moments that matter.
