Published in the spirit of transparency. This is the agreement our clients enter into when they work with us. We publish it openly so that anyone can read, before they ever begin, exactly what we commit to and what we ask in return.
This agreement is effective January 1, 2026 and supersedes our earlier Member Services Agreement, in effect from April 15, 2020 through December 31, 2025, which we keep openly on the record in our archive.
This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement” or “MSA”) sets out the mutual ethical ground and commitments between Rasool Ventures, LLC, DBA Conceivian (“Conceivian,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) and you, our client (“member,” “participant,” “Client,” or “you”).
In all our agreements, we adhere to the ancient Golden Rule: we promise to treat you the way we would want to be treated.
Summary of mutual commitments
You and we mutually commit to:
- Respecting each other’s families, friends, and allies.
- Showing up to the meetings and practices we have committed to.
- Holding each other harmless where unintended harm arises from acts of nature.
- Keeping what we learn about each other private and confidential, and treating it as such.
- Respecting each other’s privacy and the privacy of every member of the community.
You additionally commit to:
- Giving the coaches and team at Conceivian permission to review your recordings and notes, to discuss them with one another in service of your development, and to coach you and point you toward areas of life where there is opportunity for growth.
- Permitting us to use de-identified recordings of sessions, material that does not reveal your private information, for our educational, research, and AI-development purposes, as described in “Recordings, Research, and AI” below.
- Paying Conceivian as agreed. You may complete (end) the engagement at any time, with no refunds. On completion for any reason, you commit to an Exit Conversation in which our mutual breakdowns, roadblocks, and achievements are discussed. On completion, commitments 1 through 5 above continue for life.
Conduct and a safe space
Conceivian supports the self-esteem and dignity of every person in our programs and is committed to a harassment-free environment, free of harassment or discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, ability, or any personal characteristic. Unwelcome or harassing conduct toward any member or our team will not be tolerated. If anything of this kind occurs, reach out to any member of our team; you will be well taken care of. We declare Conceivian a safe space, and we take responsibility for an excellent experience for all our members.
We intend our programs to be accessible to all, whatever their age, ability, gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, or economic status, so that everyone can pursue their full potential.
Confidentiality and your responsibility to other members
The privacy of everyone in our programs matters to us. This is a safe space, and we take the safety and privacy of every participant extremely seriously. In return, we ask you to protect it as we do. You agree:
- To keep private and confidential everything you learn about other participants. In our group programs you will learn about other people’s lives and circumstances. You agree not to share their situations with anyone, during or after the program. This obligation continues for life. It is the same protection we extend to you, and that every member extends to every other.
- To keep recordings and materials within the program. You agree not to post, publish, forward, or share session recordings, transcripts, or materials outside the program, and to use them only within the program and for your own learning, never for any other purpose.
- To keep your access to yourself. You agree not to share your account or program login with anyone else, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Recordings, Research, and AI
- Most sessions are recorded, and we provide these recordings to you automatically. We treat them as private and highly confidential, and they are private by default.
- We use recordings to train our own coaches and staff in the skills of intervention and ontological coaching. This is internal to Conceivian, in service of the quality of the work.
- Some group session recordings are made available within the program through learning platforms such as Skool, where access is granted only to participants in that specific program. For example, Indispensable session recordings are available to Indispensable members. They are not made public.
- Conceivian is a research institute. We use session recordings, transcripts, and chats, after de-identifying and pseudonymizing them so they do not reveal your private information, to conduct our research and to develop new frameworks, methods, algorithms, and artificial intelligence.
- This de-identified research material may be shared with our sister company, COROS AI, for the same purposes. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers or sales agencies, and never used to identify you.
- We will not use your name, likeness, or identifying testimonial in marketing unless you give us separate, explicit, written permission for that specific use.
Intellectual property
The content we share, frameworks, methods, coaching content, recordings, research, algorithms, software, designs, and related materials, is confidential and is the property of Rasool Ventures, LLC. You agree to keep it confidential and not to claim ownership of, copy, redistribute, or resell it. The personal right to use our materials is for your own learning only.
Disclaimers
Coaching is educational and is not a substitute for therapy or for legal, financial, or medical advice. Where therapy investigates the past, coaching is about inventing a different future. We take great care in what we teach, and we ask you to integrate it responsibly. Conceivian and its affiliates are not financially or legally responsible for the outcomes that show up in your life; your results depend greatly on your own willingness and effort. Some programs involve physical activity; consult your physician before changing your diet or beginning exercise, and you assume responsibility for your own physical participation. Nothing here is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Conceivian and its assignees against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement. Conceivian retains all copyright and moral rights in its materials.
Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is deemed executed in Seattle, Washington, and is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. The parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of King County, Washington. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved within a reasonable time, by binding arbitration before a single mutually agreed arbitrator under the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator may not award punitive or non-compensatory damages.
Acceptance
In consideration of the mutual commitments above, you acknowledge receipt of fair and reasonable consideration from Conceivian. You confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by it, and that you are free to enter into it without restriction by commitments to third parties.
