Weekly Nugget: How To Live Life Powerfully — A Gift From the Vault

Hi friend,

Have you ever felt it? That stretch in your career where the energy is gone, where every next step feels unclear, where you find yourself in a kind of fog.

Some call it a career plateau. For some, it shows up as boredom. For others, it’s resignation. The sense that you are not moving, not growing, not becoming indispensable.

Three years ago, I gathered a group of inquietos* who were facing exactly this. We spent two years together, confronting those breakdowns and finding our way to new clarity and power. At the end, at their graduation, I delivered a speech.

The words mattered. Several told me it pulled them out of dark times and fog, giving them back their courage.

Until now, it has only lived in memory and rested in our data vault. Today I am sharing it with you as my gift:

Watch the Speech →

In it, you’ll hear:

  • What it means to live life powerfully, not as a victim of circumstances.

  • Why belonging is a secret of power.

  • Why commitment and not unlimited freedom is what brings true freedom.

  • And how, even in our darkest times, we can rise.

This is not a motivational talk. It is a provocation to reinvent your relationship with work, career, and life.

What I have learned from those years now shapes the next program I will be offering soon. For now, I simply invite you to watch, reflect, and see what it provokes in you. I will be happy to hear your reactions.

With care,
Saqib
