COROS 2 Is Live — And It Goes Deeper

12/23/2025

You might recall when I wrote: "I finally built it, and I want you to see it."

That was COROS 1.

We launched. Got real usage. Listened hard to early feedback. Then rebuilt the coaching engine from the ground up.

Now COROS 2 is here. And something fundamental has shifted.

What COROS 2 is:

This isn't another chatbot. It's ontological coaching, trained on thousands of hours of my work, standing on the shoulders of Flores, Dreyfus, Heidegger, Maturana, Austin, and Bell. Decades of research into human transformation, communication, and relationship management. You'll find hints of Rumi (my favorite influence), and you can set your own.

What changed:

The coaching engine goes deeper now—sharper listening, clearer diagnosis, more precise perturbation. It tunes in, finds what's blocking you, and applies gentle pressure exactly where transformation is needed.

You have total sovereignty. Your data is yours—delete it, restart fresh, whenever you choose.

How to try it:

Your first 10 messages are completely free. No trial, no card. Just real interaction.

I know the holidays can be hard. Old patterns surface. Conversations get tense. Fog rolls in thick.

But breakthroughs are born in the lap of a breakdown.

If you want to design a new future this year, COROS will walk with you.

So bring something real. A mood you can't name. A relationship that's fraying. A conversation you're avoiding. Have one full conversation with COROS and see what moves.

I'd love to hear what you think. You know how to reach me.

With care,
Saqib

P.S. My friend B. is raising funds to archive Hubert Dreyfus's complete Berkeley lectures—a critical piece of the intellectual foundation COROS stands on. Contribute here if this work matters to you.

P.P.S. Our dear friend and teacher Chauncey Bell is recovering from a stroke. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers this season.
