Most Startups Fail to Bring Forth v1 of Their Offer

When attempting to launch the first version of the idea, entrepreneurs are faced with a complex and disconnected array of strategic and tactical design and development issues. This leads to delayed and inferior products, waste of funding, and really the loss of market opportunity. And even more, the critical consequence is lost human potential and brilliant ideas that could otherwise change the game in some specific domain.

To address these issues and to rapidly bring good ideas to the market for validation, I have gathered an elite global task force of computer scientists, engineers, UI/UX designers, and testers, whose mission is to design, refine, build, test, and launch at rapid speeds.

Together with my team of UI/UX designers and engineers, I will develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for your startup at a minimal cost so you can connect with your customers and test your business model, often within 30 days. You don’t need to raise and spend a million dollars and months and years to find out whether you are after a viable market.

How I Work

I use several coded and code-free software frameworks that enable me to deliver web and mobile software products/apps at rapid speeds. I also employ Agile software development methodology, that helps me manage the entire process without hiccups and catch mistakes very early on.

In our first meeting, we will define the scope of what will be built within this defined timeline and budget.

I have hand-picked and created a team of brilliant and dedicated engineers. It includes experts in AI, Machine Learning, Security, Web Development, E-commerce, Big Data Analytics, and UI/UX Design. Most are located in Seattle, Lahore, Mumbai, and Shanghai. These people are the technology muscle and real secret sauce behind the successes of my customers.

Testimonial from a Satisfied Customer

“A colleague at Microsoft recommended Saqib and his team at Conceivian for a critical startup project with a pressing deadline. The work required rapid prototyping of a fully functional Web application for a next generation online support experience using scrum methodology. I could not be more pleased with the results. Not only did these guys deliver the project on budget and on schedule, but they also designed and built a number of crucial UX enhancements into the product. I'm looking forward to many more collaborations with Saqib and his team in future and would highly recommend working with them.”
