Conceive it
It all begins with one question.
What if:
- Our website knew what our customers wanted to buy before they did?

Plan it
After that meeting, we will start working on your Master Plan.
The Master Plan lays the foundation for a fantastically awesome end product. To build the plan, we start by working with you to more deeply understand your business, your brand, your customers and your goals.
From there we conduct our own technological, market and competitive research to validate our assumptions and to refine the strategy.
By the end of this stage you will have full game plan, complete with a comprehensive feature list, graphical mockups, strategy and cost and time commitments.
Build it
We can’t create fantastically awesome software without you. So to ensure that we are creating what you want and what your customers need, we use Agile Programming techniques, and keep you constantly in the loop at every step of the way. Agile Programming ensures rapid release of features as they are built and involves you in the process from the beginning.
Once the build has begun you will get:
- A dedicated project manager to help you with any question or concern you could possibly have
- Weekly email progress reports for you and your team showing exactly where we are and what’s left to be done.
- 24/7 access to the secure staging server which allows you to see and interact with your application in real-time at its current stage.
Once the build is complete, we will not launch until we have thoroughly checked your software to ensure it is working perfectly. And we don’t just give it a simple once-over. We triple-check using mix of advanced automation, manual testing and real-world sample-user testing.
Launch it
Once you launch, you’re not on your own.
To ensure that it’s fantastically great — from the code to the customer experience — we collect data on every single view, click and conversion and fine-tune the software to create something that you and your users love. And if you like, we can hand over code to you, or manage it for you on an on-going basis.
